You can shop on our website or through local retailers in the USA. You can also find us on Amazon.

Are Erenzia products eco-friendly?
Our products are designed for daily use, replacing hundreds of single-use plastic bottles. We choose materials and processes that achieve quality, safety, and durability.

How long will my drink stay hot or cold?
Most drinks stay hot to 12 hours and cold to 24 hours.
Are Erenzia bottles leakproof?
Yes, when the lid is closed securely.
Does the bottle sweat?
No. Each Erenzia bottle is made with double-wall vacuum insulation, which prevents condensation on the outside. It keeps your drink at the right temperature without leaving moisture on your hands, bag, or desk.

Can I personalize my Erenzia bottle?
At this time, we do not offer personal name engraving, but we’re exploring it for future releases.

Will you release more designs or colors?
Of course! We are working on the next collection.
Our collections grow with seasons, cultural events, and special collaborations.
Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we only ship within the USA.
We will be shipping within our beloved Mexico soon.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. We use FedEx, UPS or USPS in USA.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an unused bottle, we’re happy to help.
Here is our Return and Refund Policy. If you have more questions, email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
What is the warranty?
Your Erenzia bottle comes with a one-year warranty that covers manufacturer defects. This does not include normal wear and tear.
Cleaning & Care
Are Erenzia bottles dishwasher safe?
We recommend handwashing only. Using a dishwasher may affect the vacuum seal inside the bottle. To keep it in perfect condition, clean it gently with warm water and mild soap.
How should I clean my bottle?
Use warm soapy water and a bottle brush. Avoid bleach or abrasive cleaners. Refer to our Care and Instructions Page for more details.
Can I store carbonated drinks in my bottle?
Not recommended, because pressure can build up inside and may cause injury.
Materials and Safety
What materials are Erenzia bottles made from?
Our bottle interior is made from food grade SUS304 (18/8) Stainless Steel. Food contact safe silicon straw lid and silicone for the non-slip base.
Are the material food-grade?
Yes, all materials that contact your drink meet food-grade standards.
Lids and Accessories
Do you sell replacement lids or accessories?
Not yet, but we are working on it.
We are developing a line of accessories. They will be available soon.

Do I have to post a certain number of times?
We keep it simple. We’ll share suggested moments (launches, stories, seasonal drops).
We believe in quality > volume.
Can I create content in English or Spanish (or both)?
Yes. Share in the language(s) you and your audience use. We welcome bilingual and regional voices.

Who can apply to be a retail partner?
Local stores, gift shop, cafés, specialty and lifestyle retailers that align with our brand values.
What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs start small! We have varies options and will be shared during application and onboarding.
Do you have pricing or resale guidelines (MAP)?
Yes. We provide wholesale pricing and a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) to keep the brand consistent across partners. You’ll receive pricing and MAP during the application and onboarding process.
Do wholesale customers receive volume discounts?
