At Erenzia, we create high quality thermos bottles inspired by culture and heritage. While we take great care in product design, development and packaging, we must respectfully clarify the limitations of our responsibility once our products are in your hands.

2. PRODUCT USE & SAFETY
Product Use Disclaimer: All Erenzia products are designed for personal use only. By purchasing, you agree to use the product responsibly and acknowledge that improper use (e.g., misuse of boiling water, or unauthorized modifications) is at your own risk.
We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper or unsafe use of our products.
Misuse includes, but is not limited to:
(a) Overfilling with boiling or carbonated liquids;
(b) Freezing or microwaving;
(c) Dropping, crushing, or subjecting the product to high impact;
(d) Altering or removing seals, caps, or internal parts; and
(e) Using bottles to store substances other than water, beverages, or food-safe liquids.
Always read and follow any provided instructions and care guidelines.
Failure to do so voids your product warranty and may limit your rights to a return or refund.
3. HEALTH, MEDICAL, AND AGE RESTRICTIONS
ERENZIA products are not medical devices, and should not be used for sterilizing liquids or treating water.
They are not suitable for infants or small children, and should never be used to store baby formula, volatile liquids, or substances requiring strict temperature control for health reasons.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the original retail price paid for the product in question.
