This edition is inspired by the cempasúchil flower, known in Mexico as the “flower of the dead.” Since prehispanic times, it has been placed on altars and cemeteries during Día de Muertos, guiding souls with its bright color and strong fragrance. The flower remains one of the most recognizable symbols of Mexican tradition and cultural memory.

The engraved pattern on this bottle takes inspiration from papel picado, the colorful cut-paper banners that decorate altars and streets during celebrations. As an element of the Day of the Dead altar, papel picado represents the presence of air among the four essential elements of the offering. Together, the flower and the papel picado connect the design to one of Mexico’s most meaningful traditions.
